Tameer Se Taleem is an initiative by Graana.com in collaboration with IMARAT Group whereby we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by reusing construction waste and leftover material to fill in the lack of resources in underprivileged areas. The reused material is redirected for under-resourced schools to improve learning environment for underprivileged children. The initiative fosters:

Graana Animals

  • Graana.com kickstarted a novel initiative titled Graana Animals. The initiative aims to give voice to the voiceless and help the most important yet relegated of the beings – animals.
  • The campaign delivered a TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Release) model for stray dogs with the assistance of the District Commissioner Office and CDA/MCI and in collaboration with Strays Home Rehabilitation Shelter.
  • The campaign raised awareness on animal rights and proposed model for animal-friendly city models.

Flood Relief Campaign

Real Estate Certifications

Graana.com has introduced the first ever tradition of real estate diploma courses whereby certifications are distributed among a talented graduating cohort. It has collaborated with renowned institutions like NUST, PIDE, and Atomcamp to impart certifications in Real Estate Science, Real Estate Economics, and Hospitality and Tourism Management respectively. So far, 04 real estate science courses have been launched with NUST, producing a total of 120 graduates, and 01 course in RE Economics with a total of 35 graduates.
Graana.com also introduced first ever bachelors in Real Estate Management in University of Central Punjab. A new course on real estate science will be launched in Karachi soon.

The environmental aspect of ESG evaluates a company’s impact on the natural world, including its use of resources, energy consumption, and carbon footprint. Moreover, social factors refer to practices such as a company’s labor practices, human rights records, and community involvement while corporate governance factors include a company’s board structure, executive compensation, and transparency.
Graana.com has released its ESG (Environment, Social and Corporate Governance) Annual Report 2022. It is one of the first real estate companies in Pakistan to adopt Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) as part of its efforts toward sustainable business practices.
